Creators

The Creators are powerful beings born from stars, with the inherited goal to create. They are considered the source of all magic and life in the universe. Each Creator is connected to a specific star, which provides them with magical energy. When their star dies, a Creator loses access to new magic and eventually begins to die as well.

Origin and Nature

Creators are formed inside stars once a large amount of magic has accumulated within them. When a star reaches a certain stage of its life, it becomes capable of producing a sentient magical entity, aka a Creator.

At the moment of their birth, Creators appear as beings of pure light. They later choose a physical form for themselves, which often influences the design of the planets and life they create.
Magic itself originates from the stars. Every living and non-living thing contains some amount of magic, as all matter was originally created by a Creator. Planets, plants, animals, and even inanimate objects have traces of this energy.

Purpose and Abilities

The main purpose of a Creator is to create. Most of them form planets around their home star and populate them with life. Their powers are based on magic from their stars, which they can use to build, shape, and manipulate matter, energy, and life.
Creators are effectively immortal as long as their stars are active. When a star burns out, its Creator weakens and eventually fades away.

Magic

Magic is described as the essence of creation. It is a natural energy generated by stars. The older a star becomes, the more magic it produces. Over time, when enough magic has accumulated, a Creator can form from it.
Because of this, stars are seen as both the birthplace of Creators and the source of all magical life.
On planets like Earth, magic still exists, but only in small amounts. The Creator of Earth, Gaïa, stopped interacting with the planet after creating it, allowing its life forms to evolve independently. This is the main reason why humans have very little magic.

Notable Creators

Gaïa

Gaïa is the Creator of Earth. She built the planet’s basic environment and life systems before withdrawing from direct influence. Her decision to leave Earth on its own led to the gradual loss of magic among its inhabitants.

Erona

Erona is known for her unpredictable and chaotic personality. She created the planet Bellus, home to many magical species such as Flamains (fire-based beings) and Boubels (water-based beings). Both species have a magical core that keeps them alive and can shift between their elemental form and a human-like form.
Flamains and Boubels have different types of magic, Flamains specialize in offensive fire magic, while Boubels focus on defensive water magic. Despite their differences, they coexist peacefully. Both species are capable of creating portals to other planets, which has led to accidental interactions with humans and other worlds.

Cobra

Cobra is a Creator who rejected the purpose of creation and instead began destroying. He absorbs magic from other worlds and creations to strengthen himself. This makes him a threat to both Creators and their creations.
Many Creators are currently trying to locate Cobra’s star in order to destroy it and end his existence. The conflict involving Cobra is mostly known among Creators and is not directly connected to mortal worlds.
